This policy protects creators, players, and the Fusionery service. It applies to accounts, prompts, assets, builds, releases, lobbies, and supported hosted services.
1. Respect rights and law
Do not submit, publish, distribute, or use material that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates another person’s rights. You must have the rights and permissions needed for assets, names, likenesses, music, code, and other material used in a game or release.
2. Protect people
Do not use Fusionery to threaten, harass, exploit, impersonate, expose personal information, facilitate real-world harm, or target people with hateful or discriminatory abuse. Do not create or distribute sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers children.
3. Keep the platform safe
Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, scrape, bypass limits, introduce malware, intercept traffic, or attempt unauthorized access to Fusionery, its accounts, game servers, or connected systems. Do not attempt to execute arbitrary code, native plugins, or unapproved server behavior through a build, asset, prompt, or release.
4. Operate releases responsibly
Before publishing, test your release and use appropriate ratings, warnings, moderation, and player-safety controls for its audience. Do not use releases or hosted sessions for gambling, scams, illegal sales, credential theft, or collection of personal information outside the approved platform flow.
5. Enforcement
Fusionery may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, suspend sessions, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service or to comply with law. These actions are in addition to any rights described in the Terms of Service.
