These Terms govern your access to and use of Fusionery during early access. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Fusionery provides tools for creating, revising, validating, previewing, exporting, publishing, and, where enabled, operating game experiences. Early-access functionality is experimental and may change, be limited, or be unavailable without notice.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and keep your account under your control. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for activity taken through your account.
3. Your content and releases
You retain your rights in the prompts, game data, assets, and other material you submit to Fusionery. You grant Fusionery the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, transform, transmit, and display that material solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights and permissions to submit, use, export, publish, and make public every asset and release you create. When you make a release public, you authorize Fusionery to display the release, its listing information, and the game content necessary for players to access it.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use Fusionery to violate law, infringe rights, harm others, interfere with the service, or attempt to run unapproved code or infrastructure through it.
5. Early access, support, and pricing
Early access is offered as available. Support, quotas, features, and pricing may change as the service develops. Published pricing is a launch target until billing is activated. Managed multiplayer is not a generally available production service until Fusionery completes its production-readiness work.
6. Suspension and termination
Fusionery may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties; to investigate a violation; or to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time. Data-retention and deletion practices are described in the Privacy Notice.
7. Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusionery is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that generated output, builds, exports, public releases, or hosted sessions will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You must independently review, test, and clear content before publishing or distributing it.
8. Changes and final legal terms
We may update these Terms as the service and legal requirements develop. Before paid general availability, Fusionery will publish its legal entity, contact information, governing-law and venue terms, billing/refund terms, and a final version after legal review. Continued use after an effective update will be subject to the updated Terms.
