This Notice explains the information Fusionery handles to provide the early-access service. It should be read with the Terms of Service.
1. Information we handle
Fusionery handles account information such as your name and email address; account credentials; workspace, project, prompt, blueprint, asset, build, export, and release information; and the technical and gameplay telemetry needed to operate previews, lobbies, and supported game sessions.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide the studio and player experience, generate and validate game output, deliver previews and releases, operate lobbies and supported servers, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain and improve the service.
3. Service providers and public releases
Fusionery uses infrastructure, database, storage, AI, and operational service providers to deliver the service. We share information with those providers only as needed for their services, subject to appropriate instructions and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, rights, and the service.
Information you include in a public game listing or public release can be visible to players and other visitors. Do not include personal or confidential information in public content.
4. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect the information we handle, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies and similar technology
Fusionery uses necessary session and security technology to keep accounts signed in and protect the service. If analytics, advertising, payment, or other optional technology is added, this Notice and any required consent mechanisms will be updated before that processing begins.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection relating to personal information. Fusionery will publish a legal/privacy contact and the process for exercising applicable rights before paid general availability. We will also add jurisdiction-specific disclosures where they apply.
7. Children and updates
Fusionery is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use where a user does not meet the minimum age in the Terms. We may update this Notice as our data practices or legal obligations change and will post the revised version here.
